Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough inspections and assessments of wind turbine blades.

• Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

• Perform failure analysis to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.

• Maintain detailed records of blade performance and analysis results.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years experience in wind blade analysis or a similar role.

• Proficient in data analysis and wind turbine performance modeling.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and teamwork.

• Knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations.
  

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with advanced composite materials.

• Fluency in English, written and spoken.

• Computer literacy and proficiency
